Socially responsible recruitment at scale

The Social Recruitment Framework (SRF) is a national network of like-minded training providers, led by PeoplePlus to provide a single point of contact for employers looking for a responsible, ethical recruitment solution.

We built the SRF with the goal of tackling large-scale unemployment, while also retaining the local delivery models that best support candidates. We’ve been supporting people to have better careers for decades, so understand how important sustainable employment is for individual, businesses and the wider community.

We’re currently working with over 200 employers including G4S, who share multiple opportunities in the Security sector, Amazon, who trust PeoplePlus and partners to offer candidates suited to opportunities across their distribution chain, GXO, Webhelp, Staffline, OMNI Facilities Management, The Works, Smyths Toys, Reed Boardall and Tesco, to name but a few. All of our employers offer guaranteed interviews for SRF applicants and often give us exclusive vacancy access and simplified recruitment processes to further support our candidates.

By joining our network you’ll be able to access hundreds of vacancies from employers across the UK, in a huge range of industries - but we’re especially looking for providers to join our network who would be interested in the following opportunities:

Tesco

Seasonal recruitment programme focussed on 16-30 year olds, offering a 4 day work placement and simplified application process for all candidates. Starting from 25th September nationally.

The Works

Exclusive access to guaranteed interviews with stores nationally.
