Working in close collaboration with operational colleagues from every programme we deliver, Partner Services provide employers with a single point of contact for all of their social recruitment, staff training and Wellbeing requirements. 

Every connection we make has the potential to improve the lives of learners and job seekers. In partnership with hundreds of employers and training providers, we prepare people who have struggled to overcome barriers to work. We train them in role specific skills, support them as they transition into the workplace - and, increasingly, find ways to help them sustain employment. 

What’s more, our recruitment services are free. Not only can you create social value, but you can save time and money while doing it. 

We navigate the ever-changing funding landscape, so you don’t have to. Circa £2.7 billion funding has been allocated to the Adult Education budget in England, and employers who want to train employees can draw on that investment on your staff member's behalf with PeoplePlus. If staff aren't eligible for this funding source, we can provide cost-effective online learning solutions with LearningPlus.
