The Festival Supplier Awards 2026 alongside RM Training and Security Solutions

Kyle Vassallo and Rebecca Clark, both Employer Relationship Manager's, from our team in Wales were proud to attend the Festival Supplier Awards 2026 in London alongside RM Training and Security Solutions - an event that recognises excellence across the events and festival supply sector.
RM Training and Security Solutions were shortlisted for Best Support Service – Training Best Supplier, and while they didn’t take home the top award on the night, they were the only organisation to receive a Highly Commended recognition in the category. This is a significant achievement and a testament to the strength of their work and the impact of their partnerships.
Our relationship with RM Training and Security Solutions is built on close collaboration and a shared commitment to creating meaningful opportunities. We work together regularly to run insight sessions and interview days, helping people access training, employment, and career progression within the events and security industry.
That partnership continues to deliver real results. One standout example is Mandy, who began her journey with them as a participant and has since progressed into a Team Leader role. She is now managing teams across the upcoming festival.
We’ve seen many success stories through our work with RM, and their recognition at the Festival Supplier Awards reflects the quality of support they provide and the difference it makes to individuals and the wider sector.
It was an honour to attend the awards and celebrate alongside partners who are committed to developing talent, supporting progression, and strengthening the festival and events workforce.
