Youth Jobs Grant

Open Now

PeoplePlus helps employers check eligibility, apply, and keep the placement on track. There is no charge for our support.

Introduction

The Youth Jobs Grant pays employers up to £3,000 for each eligible young person recruited into a genuine paid role. PeoplePlus is helping employers access this funding, drawing on more than 30 years of employability, training and education support delivery.

Every approved vacancy means a young person who has been looking for work for six months or more can move into work, and every application that runs smoothly makes that happen faster. With PeoplePlus you are not working it out alone. We understand where applications like these can stall, and how to keep yours moving.

Why act now

To hire with grant support in September, start now. Approval is a one-off. Once you are in, adding your next vacancy is a five-working-day check, not a new application.

No charge, no obligation

There is no charge for our support, and no obligation. If your role does not look like a fit against the published criteria, we will tell you before you spend time applying. The decision itself always rests with DWP.
