EMPLOYABILITY

SKILLS PROGRAMME

If you’re unemployed in south or mid-Wales, we can help you find a way back into work

This six-month programme will provide you with the skills and confidence you need to get back on the payroll.

Our expert team will work with you to understand your existing skills and identify opportunities to help you.

We’ll help you to:

  • Enhance your CV
  • Fill in application forms
  • Improve your interview techniques
  • Boost your confidence
  • Find work placement opportunities
  • Pick up new skills
  • Gain accredited qualifications and licences

We’ll also help you unearth your hidden talents using the innovative Skillzminer app, which will also help you to find suitable new job opportunities near you.

And our support won’t stop when you find work either. We’re on hand to help you settle into your new surroundings and help you progress in work.

The programme is totally voluntary and absolutely free – and taking part won’t affect any benefits you may be receiving.
