The Story of RewardLoop’s Rapid Growth

Mohammed, a mobile app developer with a portfolio that spans across the UK and the globe, has launched a game-changing business—RewardLoop. With years of experience developing apps for multi-million-pound companies, Mohammed noticed a gap in the market in early 2024.

While large corporations could afford custom-built loyalty apps, smaller businesses were left with sub-par options that did little to enhance customer engagement. That’s when Mohammed decided to take action and create RewardLoop, a platform designed to empower smaller businesses by offering them their own custom-branded loyalty reward app at an affordable monthly price.

RewardLoop’s platform stands out by offering a suite of features that go beyond just rewarding customers. Businesses can send notifications, gather customer feedback through a suggestion box, and even receive branded posters to help promote their new loyalty app. This innovative solution allows small businesses to compete with larger corporations, helping them to build and maintain strong connections with their customers.

When Mohammed joined Start Up West Yorkshire, he was looking for guidance on the business aspects of his venture, particularly in marketing, sales, and networking. That’s where PeoplePlus, and Business Advisor Adam, came in. Adam’s extensive experience and connections proved to be invaluable for Mohammed as he navigated the early stages of his business.

The support didn’t stop there. With Adam’s mentorship, Mohammed was able to forge a significant partnership with the Garden Centre’s Association - a move that he believes will be a game-changer for RewardLoop. Additionally, the tools and advice provided in the seminars have helped Mohammed ensure that his business continues to grow rapidly while maintaining its current successes.

Looking ahead, Mohammed has big plans for RewardLoop. The company aims to continue expanding its client base, incorporating feedback to continuously improve its services. Thanks to a connection made by Adam, RewardLoop is set to pitch to potential investors at Barclays Eagle Labs in London this October. Mohammed is hopeful that this will not only secure investment but also bring valuable insights that will help take RewardLoop to the next level.

Reflecting on his journey, Mohammed expressed his gratitude: "PeoplePlus was instrumental in giving me the tools to run my business effectively and gave me ideas that I previously would not have thought of. The guidance from Adam has been particularly crucial, helping me navigate next steps and providing connections that have been instrumental in building RewardLoop."

RewardLoop is poised for continued success, and with the support of Start Up West Yorkshire and PeoplePlus, Mohammed is ready to take his business to new heights.
