Our Delivery Partners

Together with our Partners we are able to help more people into work

Our partners are established public and private sector organisations that help us to deliver and maintain high quality job coaching, recruitment and skills development services.

The aim of our partnerships is to join efforts and expertise in offering a service that can seamlessly fit the needs and requirements of jobseekers, employers and skills learners alike.

We work with a variety of established partners who are committed to the same high standards. Their additional expertise and wider geographical reach ensure that we can provide all customers with employment and support opportunities.

The Merlin Standard

We’re committed to being fair, honest and transparent with our partners, and to creating a positive and supportive environment, and this is recognised by our accreditation by the Merlin Standard. Designed by the Department for Work and Pensions, the Standard aims to encourage excellent supply chain management and ensure fair treatment of partners and subcontractors.
Since the launch of the Standard, the companies that joined together to create PeoplePlus have completed three Merlin Assessments - one in July 2012, in June 2014 and in June 2016. The assessment focused on four fundamental and integrated principles: Supply Chain Design, Commitment, Conduct and Review. In 2016, PeoplePlus received an overall assessment outcome of 81%, with the report noting: “Over the life of the contract partners have developed trust and confidence in others and recognise the benefits of working together to support customers and improve the performance of the contract.” As an organisation, this independent assessment of our relationships with our partners and our treatment of sub-contractors, underpins the strength of our supply chain management processes and the way we work with our partners.
