Michael Robinson is one of the thousands of jobseekers that we helped to prepare for and find a job on the Work Programme, after being unemployed for over 14 years.
You're at the heart of everything we do.
We provide you with personalised support to help you find work, progress in your career or set up a business. We know the sense of achievement and pride associated with securing sustainable employment and we want everyone to be able to experience that.
We have an extensive network of employers that we work with including local and national companies across all sectors. We’ve worked hard to build meaningful relationships with employers who are interested in hiring hard-working people and who will in turn invest in their development and future.
It’s these relationships that help us to help you get the job you want.
Once you are referred to us for support, you’ll be assigned a dedicated Job Coach. They will discuss your interests, needs, goals and your existing skills and will work with you to create a personal action plan to help you in your journey into work.
